Return Policy:

You have the flexibility to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. However, to ensure a seamless experience, please review the eligibility criteria outlined below before proceeding with your return request.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Product Condition: The Sambalpuri saree(s) must not have been fully unfolded. While you may examine the saree, unfolding it beyond 2-3 layers renders it ineligible for return.
  2. Valid Reasons: Valid reasons for return or exchange include receiving a damaged product or an incorrect item. Please ensure you provide clear and valid reasons for your return request.
  3. Product State: The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not have been damaged by you.
  4. Unboxing Video: For authentication purposes, we require customers to provide a video of themselves opening the parcel and inspecting the contents for any damage. This helps us accurately assess the issues raised by our customers.

Scenarios Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Fully Unfolded Products: Products that have been fully unfolded beyond the permissible limit are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Lack of Unboxing Video: Failure to provide a video of the unboxing process will render the return request ineligible.
  3. Invalid Reasons: If the reasons provided for return or exchange are deemed invalid, the request will not be processed.

Return Process:

Upon acceptance of your return or exchange request, we will notify you of the pickup date, and our delivery partner will facilitate the collection of the item. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, the necessary refunds or exchanges will be initiated promptly.

Damaged Products:

In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product, we understand your concern. While refunds are not initiated for damaged products, we are pleased to offer an exchange for a replacement item of equal value.
